I’m a skin health educator and the CEO + Co-Founder of Nourished3, a holistic skin health brand built around the skin–gut–brain connection. I founded Nourished3 with my business and life partner, Annie Jaffrey, because I believe clear, resilient skin is never just about what you put on your face—it’s about what’s happening inside your body too.

I was born in Jordan and raised in Germany. Beauty and wellness pulled me in early, and that passion turned into a career that lasted 17 years. I spent those years in the beauty industry leading a multi-million beauty franchise, but eventually I stepped away for one reason: to focus fully on helping people heal skin from the inside out and the outside in—so results actually last.

Over and over, I saw the same pattern. Stress doesn’t just affect your mood. It affects your gut. And when the gut and nervous system are under strain, the skin often becomes the loudest messenger. I wasn’t just watching this happen in others—I lived it too. I struggled with anxiety and ongoing gut issues, and the truth is… you can’t consistently “fix” skin on the surface if the body is inflamed underneath. Putting a temporary patch on a deeper imbalance only works for so long.

That’s why I spent years learning directly from dermatologists, microbiologists, professors, and medical doctors—then bringing their insights together with my real-world work in skin health. My goal has always been to make the science practical. In 2026, I published my book The Skin–Gut–Brain Reset to make this knowledge accessible, so more people can build calm, clear, resilient skin for the long term—without guessing or jumping from product to product.

My work is dedicated to improving skin by improving the whole system, body and mind, working together. My Triple Biotic Skin–Gut–Brain approach has supported over 50,000 customers worldwide, helping them calm root-cause inflammation and strengthen skin resilience. It’s designed for acne-prone skin, eczema, rosacea, reactive flare-ups, and healthier aging with less inflammation—because when inflammation drops, everything looks and feels different.

Right now, my team and I are preparing a clinical study to validate this methodology. Thousands of studies already support the skin–gut–brain connection, but for me, that’s not the best part. The best part is proving this approach in a structured program people can trust—so you can follow it, measure it, and see real change. The study is planned to launch at the end of 2026.
